Hats off for Hospice

Hats Off For Hospice is a charitable event that helps to fund our Dream A Dream Program. The purpose of Dream A Dream is to ...provide assistance to patients and their families, so that a last desire in life can be fulfilled. Wishes have ranged from a family portrait, a hot air balloon ride, dinner at a fancy restaurant and family reunions! This year’s musical guest is Bob Schneider!!!

There will be a silent and live auction including autographed cowboy hats from Grammy Award winning artists including George Strait and Alan Jackson. There will be sport memorabilia including signed jerseys by Aaron Rodgers, Dez Bryant, JJ Watt, Peyton Manning, his/her jewelry, cowboy boots, bed and breakfast getaways, and many more one-of-a-kind auction items!

Come enjoy Black’s BBQ, door prizes, fun and games for children of all ages including The Kiddie Express, horses, moonwalks, Say Cheese Photo Booth, and face painting.

CTMC Hospice Care is seeking sponsors of all levels to help offset the cost of the event. As a Golden Spur sponsor, your contribution pays for a reserved table for eight guests, free advertising, and your logo and company name will be included on all the printed material including the website. You may hang a company banner or sign at the event and you will receive eight complimentary HOFH 2015 T-Shirts.
