Bastrop County Health Collaborative
This strategy-driven collaborative is a group of community advocates working together to create a healthier Bastrop County through sustainable initiatives focusing on Healthy Lifestyles, Tobacco-Free Living and reducing the effects of Chronic Disease.
Anyone interested in working to improve the health of Bastrop County through policy, environment and systems change is welcome and encouraged to attend.
This is a volunteer committee and the hope is that everyone shares their knowledge, resources and changes they wish to see to help accomplish a common goal of a healthier Bastrop County.
This meeting will address county needs, local resources, and planning for future initiatives.
