Candidate Forum
The Lockhart Chamber in conjunction with the Lockhart Post-Register and the League of Women Voters of San Marcos are sponsoring a candidate forum for the upcoming City Council election in November. The forum will be held on Monday, October 21 from 6:30-8pm at the Gaslight-Baker Theatre, 216 S. Main. Invitation letters have gone out to all candidates for the District 1 and At-Large races with a deadline of Monday, October 7 confirming or declining their participation in the forum. Please watch your email, Facebook and the Chamber website for more information and updates as it is available. Be an informed voter when you go to the poles by attending the forum and hearing from the candidates that want to lead your city government.
