Lockhart Rising 2025 is an annual celebration of Central Texas barbecue, live-fire cooking, and music, taking place on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Mill Scale Metalworks in Lockhart, Texas. Presented by Mill Scale Culinary, YETI, and Miller Lite, the event is hosted by Daniel Vaughn of Texas Monthly.

- Culinary Pass: $75 – Includes General Admission plus full culinary access to all Mill Scale Ambassadors & Friends of the Fire Bites.
- Ambassador Pass: $135 – Includes Culinary Pass benefits, early entry with exclusive access to Ambassador Bites one hour before general admission, and an exclusive Lockhart Rising patch.
Children under 12 are admitted free, but a food wristband is required for those 12 and older. Please note that the event is dog-free for safety reasons. Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another guest .
