Pathways to Adulthood

Pathways to Adulthood is a FREE one-day seminar that will help you prepare for your child's life after high school It is open to families of children who have a disability, chronic illness or other special health care needs and the professionals who work with our children. Topics include funding sources; guardianship, estate planning and alternatives; school transition services and maximizing remaining school years; building networks of support; and emotional obstacles parents face in planning.
