$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
 
  • Operate and maintain CNC Swiss machines to produce precision parts.
  • Set up machines, including loading materials and inputting programming instructions.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and technical specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Document production activities and maintain accurate records for quality control and inventory management.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC Swiss machines.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with CNC equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift and handle materials and tools as required by the job.
