ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Operate and maintain CNC Swiss machines to produce precision parts.
- Set up machines, including loading materials and inputting programming instructions.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and technical specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records for quality control and inventory management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC Swiss machines.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with CNC equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift and handle materials and tools as required by the job.
