$16.50 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform light maintenance on machines, including greasing fittings, oiling chains, changing hydraulic fluid and hoses, and minor repairs.
- Observe machines in operation; listen for irregular sounds to diagnose issues.
- Start devices to test performance, troubleshoot, and identify mechanical problems.
- Lubricate and clean machine parts as part of a structured preventive maintenance program.
- Operate tools and equipment such as lathes, drill presses, grinders, plasma cutters, band/chop saws, and other metalworking tools.
- Assist on production lines as needed (e.g., bundling product, general production support).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in mechanical or maintenance-related work.
- Basic electronic maintenance skills.
- Mechanical maintenance experience.
- Ability to perform basic hydraulic maintenance.
