ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Load 6–8 trucks daily, ensuring product quality and accuracy.
- Unload and organize incoming materials, completing required documentation.
- Wrap, band, and label coils by hand.
- Package accessory components for shipment.
- Structure loads for proper drop-sequence unloading, weight distribution, and damage prevention.
- Scan and reconcile items to ensure complete trailer shipments.
- Clear packaged product from production lines to prevent workflow interruptions.
- Work safely on loaded trailers at elevated heights.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 months of shipping experience (1+ year preferred).
- Proven forklift operation experience; overhead crane experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repetitively and stand for entire shift.
- Strong safety awareness.
