PRODUCTION- CELL LEAD

7:00 am – 3:30 pm
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Supervise assigned plant section or full plant operations.
- Support the Production Manager in maintaining production flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plant issues as they arise.
- Provide coverage in various production roles as needed.
- Assist with safety training and implement safety protocols.
- Order consumables and necessary supplies for operations.
- Operate equipment and machinery when required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day activity on the shop floor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in a Plant Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety and compliance.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repetitively.
- Capable of standing for the full duration of the shift.
